Shipping and Returns
In-stock merchandise ships within 48 hours. Allow 2-3 business days (not including shipping time) for all embroidered items. All items ship via UPS Ground unless you specify another method in the drop-down menu upon checkout. UPS does not ship to addresses with a p.o. box. International orders ship via USPS.
If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, we will exchange the product for one of equal value. Any products with a manufacturer's defect will be fully refunded or exchanged at any time as they qualify under our Lifetime Guarantee Policy. For custom size, sublimation or embroidered blankets, all sales are final unless there is a defect in the material or craftsmanship.
We require proof of purchase to honor a refund or exchange via an order number and/or email address. Additionally, if your request involves a product with defects, please email an image for photo verification.
To initiate the return/exchange process, please email email@example.com, reference the order number in the subject line, include a brief explanation and if necessary include the photograph. You may also contact Customer Service to process your request.
