Shipping

In-stock merchandise ships in 1-2 business days. All items ship via UPS Ground unless you specify another method in the drop-down menu upon checkout. UPS does not ship to addresses with a p.o. box. International orders ship via USPS.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund. 

To initiate the return/exchange process, please email info@binksandbooks.com, and reference your order number in the subject line, include a brief explanation and if necessary include a photograph if you feel the product is defective in any way. We will issue you a Return Authorization and provide shipping details. 

 

Lifetime Warranty

Binks & Books comes with our Lifetime Warranty. We expect that your product will last a lifetime. We put high-quality features into every step of our manufacturing process. If you find your product has a manufacturing defect at anytime, please email us at info@binksandbooks.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will replace any and all defective product with the same or similar product, if that product is no longer available.
